Nashville’s Convention & Visitors Corp has launched a sweepstakes for a grand prize trip for two to Nashville, Tennessee. This exciting offer includes round-trip domestic airfare, a two-night hotel stay at the Caption by Hyatt Downtown Nashville – The Gulch from August 1 to 3, 2025, and premium tickets for the Nashville SC vs. Aston Villa F.C. match at GEODIS Park on August 2, 2025. The estimated total value of the prize package is $3,923 and includes transportation through airLINE by Gray Line Nashville Airport Shuttle, access to over 25 attractions with a Nashville Attraction Pass, and Music City gift bags.

How to Enter

Entries for this sweepstakes can be submitted from July 3 at 1:00 pm CT to July 24, 2025, at 11:59 pm CT by filling out a registration form available on the website. Participants are limited to one entry per person. Eligibility is confined to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and all entrants must be 21 years of age or older. Notably, the sweepstakes is void in locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

The selection of the winner will occur randomly on or about July 25, 2025. The notified winner must claim the prize within two days by providing a notarized affidavit of eligibility and other release forms. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

All travel and event costs not included in the prize package remain the responsibility of the winner. Additionally, the sweepstakes is subject to alterations or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or event cancellations.
