Entry Details

To join in the fun, participants can fill out an online registration form available at the official Music City website from December 2, 2025, to December 18, 2025. Each individual may submit only one entry. The contest is exclusively for legal residents aged 21 or older living in the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, with residents of Puerto Rico excluded from participation.

Winners can look forward to enjoying their grand prize, which includes accommodations from December 29, 2025, to January 1, 2026, along with two passes to the New Year’s Eve event and retail gift cards. Notifications will be sent out around December 19, 2025, and winners will need to act promptly to claim their prize, providing necessary documentation.
