Participants may enter by scanning the QR code on participating promotional materials or by visiting the Malibu Drinks website and completing the online registration form with the required information.
The entry frequency is limited to one registration per person and per email address during the full promotion period. After registering, eligible participants may return to play the instant win game up to one time per day for a chance to win Malibu Dole hats.
The sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 13, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. The grand prize drawing is scheduled for on or about September 15, 2026.
General eligibility is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID.
