Oh my gosh a tiny home or a mobile home big enough for me and my grandmother and our family would be an answered prayer. She had a stroke and a leg amputation almost six years ago and i have two teenage boys and my uncle stays with us who has heart failure and severe RA . We currently are living in my grandmothers 2 bedroom mobile home its not easy considering all the equipment for grandma and its 5 of us but we can make do but a bigger place would truly be a blessing.

It’s unreal that they are requiring you to have your cable television with AT&T or DIRECT TV; why would you do this? We can’t afford cable right now so we have none. The price of cable alone during these hard times was impossible for us. I’d love to live in a tiny home but I don’t understand this cable must?
You also say that this little home is worth $350,000? how can it be? are you furnishing the land to go with it? You can purchase a home for less than $350,000 today. Granted it won’t be much of a home; probably really well used but I cannot understand where those figures come in. After purchasing many buildings as an accountant, this seems to be a pretty unreal number!
