The winner will be chosen randomly and notified via email within seven days after the contest closes. In the event that the winner does not claim the prize in time or is unreachable, an alternate winner may be selected.
Additionally, the contest complies with English law, and participants agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales for any disputes that may arise. Notably, the prize does not include expenses related to travel to the resort, travel insurance, or equipment hire.
